Atolls An Evaluation of Best Buys
To better understand user needs and improve the Best Buys product, I led an in-depth user research study targeting both early- and late-stage buyers. Through interviews, browsing tasks, and memory tests, we identified critical pain points: users struggled to compare products, recall information, and found content too shallow or “salesy.” Insights revealed the need for richer, more structured content and improved layout. This foundational research informed future design work and helped shape the product roadmap.
