To ensure the redesigned Best Buys homepage truly resonated with users, I led a comprehensive unmoderated testing programme using Useberry, capturing insights from 84 participants across desktop and mobile. Through exploration tasks, targeted content searches, and in-depth sentiment analysis, I uncovered how effectively the new design improved brand clarity, content trust, and navigation. The results demonstrated a significant uplift in user confidence and engagement—validating the redesign while highlighting opportunities for even greater impact.
